Good apartment management, though it is noisy

I've lived at the New Gotham for 2 years now. I face the north side and it's definitely noisy. I'm a heavy sleeper though so doesn't bother me much. Management staff has been very responsive and friendly. The unit I'm has a unique feel so I really liked it from the start. I'd recommend it.
