Overall, very unsatisfactory management and facilities. Examples: unacceptably slow responses to room repair requests (some were totally neglected); a bunch of past residents' mails delivered; frequent (at least once a month) water stoppages with short notice; insufficient heating management; slow & malfunctioning elevators; small laundry capacity with unreliable dryers.

Particularly, I found no value in doormen there. Only one guy was always friendly, another was conditionally friendly, and all others were rude. Seemingly, their only mission was to play video games or chat with somebody. You can expect their reluctant services everyday.

Last but not least, I have not got back my deposit after move out in spite of repeated requests. I am seriously considering to take legal procedure.
