The building is alright. I have lived in much worse apartments on the Upper West Side for twice as much rent. The apartments are affordable and well maintained. I have had problems with maintaince fixing my oven which is not straight. I called before I even moved in about it. The management office personnel are quite snooty. All the doorman in the 205 building are lovely. I get great service from them at all times. It has a wonderful club, gym, and pool. The sundecks are great and wonderful for sunbathing and exercise. If you face 95th Street there is noise from construction however, you can get that anywhere in the city. That has nothing to do with the apartment complex itself. Great people live here and dogs are allowed! There are also no roachs or pests of any kind!! There is also an excelent recycling program! I would recommened living here if you are looking for an affordable luxury apartment.
