Decent Value for Right Out of College Types From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/5/2005 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002   I lived here with a roommate from 2001-2. Our rent for a 1 BR was almost $2500, incredibly--I guess because we signed before 9/11. Anyway, our experience in the building was o.k. The walls are thin and my neighbors were very difficult (they called the cops on me for having a small party on a Friday evening). Anyway, the rents came down in late 2002 but the management didn't want to lower ours for some reason, so we moved out. It was a good way to start out, I reckon, but I'm glad I don't live there are longer.
