Anybody that truly recommends this place I question their IQ. The staff is horrendous during the evenings, the mail is a complete mess, if one-person cooks on your floor the stench inhibits the hallway and at times seeps into your apartment, the elevators are in shambles, and the location is on the threshold of crime. Someone on my floor has a litter box for a cat that literally stinks the entire floor up, and has affected the odor of my apartment - management neglects requests to tackle the matter. The maintenance department does their job on their terms, not the tenants ?????? and they??????re about as efficient as the elevators; the Sudan has better functioning elevators than these contraptions. This twenty-minute wait is no exaggeration, but I will say it??????s wonderful that they did interior decoration to these ??????boxes of joy.????? What managerial genius decided to change the d????cor instead of getting them to actually operate' A ??????super????? location however; inaccessible to anything in Manhattan with a rent bill that competes with mid-town prices, and if you go north one block you better strap your bullet proof vest on. I rather camp out in Central Park then deal with this conglomeration of inefficiencies ?????? it??????d be the same smell if not better, larger in size, a toss up on the safety issue, and I wouldn??????t have to deal with this hodgepodge staff. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

I have recently moved into this building after looking at loads of other places. And after only a short time I can honestly say that I think this reviewer is living in a different building altogether. On the first day there was one small problem with my apartment, and it was fixed within the hour. Yes, from time to time I need to wait a few minutes for the elevator, but it hasn't been always that bad. The neighborhood is fine and the staff are great. I am sure there will be problems later on, but there always are with apartment living in New York.

This user is a moron. He must be crazy. Where does he think he lives. The building is actually amazing. Everyday when I come home from work I go for a swim in the pool and nothing is nicer than looking at the fine ass on the sun deck. So for I have had no problems except for one ------- doorman who wouldnt let my mom and my baby sister in. My phone was down F him. Well it is still a great place. I hate dogs because one bit my left nut off Jared Stitsky |

Check the ass that (a) you don't get and (b) you have to pay for aside from the overpriced rent. If you find this building amazing you have no class or taste; apparent from your response. And for the first response, you've been here for a month, just you wait.
