This place is absolutely horrible

Nothing but trouble since I moved:
*I booked a move in time. They said I never booked and had me waiting around for 2 hours. Finally they called their superior who said "Oh yeah. I booked her"
*They never had my name on the keys.
* After pay over $2000 the first month, they still had no record that I had a lease there.
* B/c they had no record, I couldnt use the gym.
* They lost my $40 package and the guy was totally rude.
Almost every employee at Normandie is incompetent and I never would have moved there had I known this would happen.
