Were you in a frat/sorority' Are you between the ages of 22 and 24' Do you wish you were still in college' If so, you'll love "Dormandie" Court, where the smells of cat piss, beer and pot predominate, everyone is always at the gym, everyone looks alike, and bovine contentedness is the norm. Normandie Court accomplishes the seemingly impossible - it reduces New York to the "convenient," pre-packaged, stultifying suburb you grew up in. You might as well move to Cleveland.

Go move to Trump Place you snob and pay $3,000 a month for a Studio so you can say you live in a luxury apt. building...Normandie is a great value for what you get in square footage and amenities...and the ease of local transportaion
