Been living here for a year. Some problems- elevators can be very slow, and management is sometimes slow to fix things, but generally responsive. But it comes with the price, which is substantially lower than everything else my roommates and I looked at, and with a beautiful view and a spacious sunny apartment.
It's not perfect, but I generally enjoy living here.
