Horrendous elevator situation. Uptight building management. Marginal out of the way location. Escalating rents. Lived there since 1987, great in the early 90's, now this large, no prestige (Dormandie Court) building with dated apartments and a new "aggressive" rent hike management makes for serious doubt.
