used to be better place to live.
now terrible!!!
especially the package situation.
management built new package room and changed the system.
now, front desk don't take any packages including very urgent fed-ex.
all delivery including messenger service have to go to package room on ground level.
what so terrible about this system is... the package room closes at 10 PM on weekday, even early like 5 PM on weekend, and closed for holiday.
If you're expecting some urgent package, you have to go home before package room closed. other wise your urgent package stuck in there until next morning, or
after holiday.

further more, if you like to drop envelope or something for your friend to pick up, front desk don't take it.
your friend have to take elevator to go down to the package room.
package room is right next to laundry room and it doesn't look pretty at all.
you feel embarrassed by living such a inconvenient apartment.

oh, and concierge are not kind, don't even say hi to residents. especially the guys after 3 PM sift.

building manager is really stubborn.
if you complain, you became her enemy. she attacks you.
and management stuff are just kissing her ---. if you complain about something to them, they report her like you are the problem.

maintenance guys are good and cleaning people are nice.
