I must say im satisfied From: hamchy20@msn.com Date posted: 7/14/2006 Years at this apartment: 1993 - 2006   Honestly ive been here since 1988, this building has had its up and downs but thats like any average buidling, yeah there was a elevator strike but we lasted through it, at times odors are a bit of an annoyance but thats what makes this building so diverse. we have gone through new management, so security has changed a bit, for the better i beilieve. Lobby guards are great to stop and talk to, those who have had a review here and say they dont say hi i have had up to 30 min. conversations with. Again you get what you pay for, we arent located in times square or central park west so dont expect it to be the same, kitchen is spacious, bathrooms are spacious im 6'3 and have ample space, you need a new fridge they will replace it along with anything else that needs to be fixed, maintence guys are top notch, great service respectable people. any questions my email is on this review.
