I've lived in Normandie since before Ogden Cap took over the management in 2003. They are rude beyond belief and negligent in many ways. Security is a joke. They have a new rule that refuses "in care of packages" which I believe is illegal. Anybody know anything about that' A bunch of tenants are twenty something Republican just out of college brats who talk loud, party loud and have cell phones growing out of their ears. The elevators are treacherous.

I agree thoroughly. Even worse is that they access late fees when you are not late because they don't know the law. They don't allow the concierge to accept anything, they direct everything to the package room. When that room is closed, you cannot leave or get anything. So, the 24 hour concierge service is misleading. Milford Management was ideal; they really cared about the tenants. Living here now is all rules and regulations. Management is unknowledgeful and rude.
