My packages are never lost and the new process really works. Package rooms don't close at 5pm on weekens..they close at 8pm. The package room area is average but the service is great. Found the concierge to be very personable while doing their job. If they too busy talking to everyone then they wouldn't be doing their job. Security and maintenance is excellent. Found managment to be very professional. Building policies are strictly enforced. If you ask questions ahead of time and give ample notice when moving or moving out then they are willing to work with you. Overall I am extremly happy.
