No need to re-tread at great length--this building gets worse the longer you stay, beginning with the move-in. They routinelly fail to coordinate b/t security and management, resulting in delays, frustration, $$$.

Want to put up a temporary wall'' You can only use ONE COMPANY, which contracts with the building (= kickback to building manager). Want Time Warner or Verizon cable'' Sorry, you can ONLY use RCN (again, contracted with the building).

Newest offer to re-new rent (which I will not be accepting) puts rent increase at 25% over last 3 years. Do the elevators work better now' NO. Has the gym been improved' NO. Improved maintenance' NOPE. So, why such a drastic increase' Same as everything else here--MANAGEMENT HAS A COMPLETE DISREGARD FOR TENANTS!

I could write for hours of the astrocities imposed on tenants by the building's management, but it's not worth the time, just wanted to warn anyone considering moving in. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration and move to any of the number of comparable buildings in the area.
