Terrible management that does not respect perspectives

The management is so inflexible that they stresses you out whenever you move in, move out, have guests, deliveries, etc. And I know a person who was just about to move into an apartment, only to know of the rejection right before the move in date!! They also reject your rent check for the tinest reasons and add $59 late fee on you.
