My rent has been increased 30% over the past two years. Management has every right to raise rents to whatever it wants, but if you'd like the option of sticking around past your first lease, and can't afford 10-20% increases, beware.

Very true. Normandie is running their existing tenants out with these 20% rent increases....and the services have actually dropped with this new management. Try getting the front desk to hold an envelope for you for a few hours....sorry sir, "I am not authorized" to do that???
