I moved into Normandie Court an unsuspecting new-comer to NYC, thinking how lucky I was to live in such a nice building. The trouble started when I wanted to move in a few items - a bed, a dresser, a sofa. The only time I could schedule was when I was at work, which I couldn't miss. Although I filled out the paperwork to have someone else (a family member) move the items into the apartment, it still took over an hour to happen. I have tried to schedule a move when my other items arrived and was told the senior management person didn't sign off on this move-in, so I was stuck with my stuff out on the street. Ogden CAP's employees are bastards, they don't call you back, they are extremely rude and unhelpful. They are probably going to deny my soon-to-be husband's application to live here. They even wanted to know the contents on my boxes when I was moving in.
Please if you are looking to move to the upper east side STAY AWAY FROM NORMANDIE COURT - IT IS HELL LIVING HERE AND I WISH I COULD LEAVE TOMORROW. I would even suggest avoiding all properties managed by Ogden CAP they are souless heartless -------s. Trust me, no apartment is nice enough to going through this for.

The worst management ever. Milford Management managed the building and it was wonderful. It is the same owner with 2 sons. Milford was the good one; Ogden the bad.
