If you want to be treated like a high school student then Normandie is the place for you! I regret EVER signing a lease with this building. I have lived in the city for 4 years and this place BY FAR is the worse place I have EVER lived. The management/leasing office are highly unprofessional, rude and very unhelpful. The security in the basement treat you like you are 10 years old. They are so nasty and rude. The way the talk to you and make you feel is absurd...but they seem to forget that they have a job because of the $3500/mo we pay to live in this awful building. Tom is the only nice, respectful security guard there is. My move in was hell and so was my moving out. The laundry rooms are a disgrace...they are never working. The dry cleaning services lost my laundry the first day I used them. They treated my guests like they were trash and weren't welcome. I had been living there for about 5 months and when I went through the lobby they asked me where i was going and if i had lived there. The staff is all miserable and useless. I hate this building so much and the day I moved out was the best day of my life!
