I have been living in the building for roughly 1 month and tho I am satisfied with some of the staff, management is horrible and micro-managing. The moving in of furniture is absolutely ridiculous. They tell you to call in just to let them know but you cant do it on the weekend unless you call on Friday and they give you so much attitude about when and how to schedule. The management is on a serious power trip. They do a horrible job of making you feel like it is your own home. There are much better building management situations in this city and my advice is to go there!

I lived there in the good ole days under Milford Management. I have since left because of the horrible terrible poor customer service of OGDEN CAP MANAGEMENT----and then they try to raise your rent 20% once you have settled in for a year and are up for renewal!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUILDING AND MANAGEMENT!

everything you say is unfortunately true. i have been living in Normany for several years. They jack up your rent EXORBITANTLY year to year and the management is ATROCIOUS. There isn't a single person in that office that you can speak to for anything. I can't wait to leave. I am an educated professional, who has lived in several new york city apartments - this management is the worst. Everyone is advised to stay away.

I love the facilities in this place, but the above comment is absolutely right - RIDICULOUS POLICIES. I needed to bring a folding table through the lobby at 1AM, to get to the elevators 30 feet away. I was not only not allowed to do so and forced to bring the thing through the basement (because it is classified as "furniture"), but I was given terrible attitude by this sour mustachioed security chief on a power trip. The tandem of inconsistent and restrictive move-in and dolly-use policies are not only inane and annoying, but they have actually ruined a few of my weekends.
But the rule that truly takes the cake and gives light to the stupidity that reigns supreme in this building's management: NO swimming in the ENTIRELY INDOOR swimming pool for 15 minutes after the life guard spots lightning!!!! Check it out, its completely true!
