As property manager you would hope that she was not stupid, but she is also mean to tenants and staff.

Julie should be fired----and she will once enough tenants leave---which they are.

In an effort to help my daughter find a rental on the upper eastside or westside I have done a lot of internet investigation. The Normandie Court seemed nice and I was about to have my daughter check it out when I stumbled upon apartment ratings.com. I read most of the reviews and would not recommend the building to my worst enemy.

The "Dormandie" would be great (nice swimming pool, good location, good maintainance etc.) if it were not for the mean people who work at the management office. They treat tenants like prisioners; my wife and I are always affraid to call them because we know we will be trated like animals and won't find answers to our problems. Fortunatelly I am leaving (sorry nice swimming pool, goodbye), provided that I am lucky enough to move out: I reserved the elevator one month ago and was informed today that it was not booked because I did not speak to the "right person" (don't they communicate each other?). This made me so mad that I looked in the web for a place where I could complain and warn people. I don't care if I don't get my deposit back, just want to get out!
