If you need anything at all at Normandie Court dont even bother calling management or maintenence. Call your lawyer!! They will do nothing for you and be as nasty as humanly possible. The key word here is INCOMPETENT!!!!!!!

The property manager is the nastiest human being on the face of the earth! She will yell at a tenant and curse you out at the drop of a hat! Her name is Julie Pineda and she is nothing more than a truck driving peice of garbage, low class animal. I dont understand why she remains at normandie. Perhaps it is because she does nothing to address real issues the tenants face and is able to save Ogden CAP, LLC money in doing so.

Do yourself a favor do NOT move to Normadie or any other property Ogden Cap manages as you will have nothing but headaches. Forget shopping on a weekend and buying any peice of furniture, forget doing your laundry in peace as the machines often do not work. The ratio of apartments to the number of washer/ dryers means that you will be standing there with wet clothes waiting for a dryer and that is when you do not have ten machines broken at once. If you get locked out of your apartment, you will be charged!

The only good thing about Normandie is the friendly doormen and concierge. Too bad Julie Pineda the low class truck driver treats them like crap.

Also, don't forget the lack of maintaining the elevators properly leads to their inoperation resulting in excessive wait times, especially on the weekends.

Instead of engaging in adolescent name-calling, why don't you objectively describe what took place and let the community determine for itself how to characterize the individuals involved? While my experiences with Ms. Pineda have never resulted in a successful interaction (i.e. she is never helpful), I don't think it serves anyone's cause to be abusive on the forum. I have been in the building for 4 years and while it has some problems, the maintenance and concierge staff are outstanding and I simply try to never have anything to do with management. Thankfully, I think the building is very well-run overall, and all buildings have their problems. Your post, however, only shows you to behave like a child, so I encourage you to move out and let the adults live here in peace.

Trust me---I lived their in in the mid-2000's...everything they say about Julie Pineda is right. Elevators NEVER WORK!
