Poor, poor management team

I had requested that the management write a letter to the tenants making them aware of some mail issues in the building.

Management did not issue a letter or respond to my multiple requests.

Now, the tenants have no idea of the potentially serious issue at hand.

I do not find that to be fair to the people living at the Ocean.

Identity theft is on the rise and people should have a right to understand if there is an elevated risk where they live.

Additionally, when you move out, the building ties your reservation to use the freight elevator (to move your heavy furntiture) to your move out date (when they take your keys).

This is especially annoying when the month ends on a Friday and you have to move your large items of furniture the weekend before.

Essentially, I paid my rent through the end of the month, but they want to take my keys a week in advance.

This has some serious financial impact.

Be warned before moving in.

The building itself is nice, but the management running the building leaves much to be desired.
