i lived at 71 broadway before moving to the Ocean (1 west). What a difference. The building is fantastic; the quality of the fixtures and the details are very good; the facilities are well taken care of; the roof deck has the best views in all of New york; and in all my dealings with management, i have only encountered curtious and responsive service. and Ozzy, the evening concierge, is the best. I can only recommend.
