Ocean is great. Don't know what's wrong with the complainers.

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
 
The staff has always been really nice to me and the doormen are amazing. Great views, great porters and fix-it men, convenient transportation, beautiful building. Its always clean. Sure there is construction noise but that's the sound of PROGRESS outside. And I really don't think its too bad.
