When I first moved in our corner apartment in 2005, I must admit that I was not happy.

There was massive construction going on right in front of the building and I thought that the management team was aloof.

However, once the construction on the outside patio subsided (around April or May), and the staff warmed up a bit, I must admit that I have come to love the building.

Fantastic views and great living conditions make up for how far away it is from midtown.
