What a bunch of morons.

They door-men there are awsome.

Friendly and always smiling.

So god-bless them.

The noise' holy christ, if you plan on sleeping in...GOOD LUCK.

The are always upgrading the buildings appearance from the outside, which requires a lot of banging and drilling apparently.

So plan on being out of the apartment by 9am at the latest.

As for the management, Bottom line I will NEVER live in a "Moinihan Group" Building EVER AGAIN.

They are jacking the rent to $3000 for the STUDIO, I have converted into a small 2 bedroom.

Who the hell pays $3000 for a studio in the most desolate neighborhood of NYC' I thought rent was supposed to be cheaper down here because it was the dead part of manhattan' Oh well.......Would I recommend this place to anyone' Sure, if you are wealthy and want to live in the smallest places possible for the most amount of money.
