Great building! Steep increase in rent!

I have lived in this building for the past year with my boyfriend, and must say it's a great building, great location, nice gym and beautiful roof deck.

Management is nice and helpful (especially Emina and Nayanda) and when things break down, it's always very quickly repaired!The only downside is that we've been living in a studio, and that our rent went up 10% this year, which is crazy for such a small unit! So just be careful when considering The Ocean and know they will bump your rent at least 10% the next year! Overall, great building!
