I have lived in the building for a year and a half. I have no axe to grind. However, I can honestly say I dont know anyone in the building that is happy they have moved here.
The management company SOLOW is the worst in New York. They are incredibly cheap and awful. They cancelled the shuttle service to the subway for no reason.
The elevators are terrible. 90% of the time they are down. There is usually a line 5 to 10 deep during peak times. It is a nightmare. They do not repair the elevators. It is a pain and a fire hazard.
This building loos nice, but it is not.
Avoid!! One East River and good luck on your search.
