Pretty good value; great if you like Central Park Lincoln Center

These apartments are ideally situated if you like Central Park, the opera, the symphony, or just being far enough uptown to get some space away from work, yet close enough that you can get downtown/midtown for work easily. If you're more interested in location than a lot of extras/frills, these are good apartments. Overall, these apartments are tasteful and "par for the course" in the area.
