The staff make this building. The keep in in top notch shape and are always willing to help. Ask for something and its get done.
Prices are on the high end so beware.

Expect your rent to increase dramatically when you (want) renew your lease. That building is screwed financially now that it has lost 2/3 of it's commercial tenants (Circuit City & Virgin Mega Store) & aren't getting any prospective businesses wanting to move in. Don't feel bad though. Related's sister property The Ventura is suffering the same fate as their retail space (once again, Circuit City and Barnes & Noble) have moved out of that building as well.
