Expensive and very poorly managed

Except for the fact tha this building is pet friendly it leavs a lot to be desired in the amenities area. The rents are very hgih and there are practically no services. The building is poorly managed with few staff. If you are a future resident of this building be prepared to collect all your deliveries in the lobby, open two sets of heavy double doors even as you struggle with packages in your hands, have the use of only one of two elevators, one which is used as the service elevator for moving and garbage collection.
