One Of The Best Apartment Buildings In NY From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/1/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   I have been a very satisfied tenant of the Ritz Plaza for the past year and would highly recommend it to anyone relocating to New York. My apartment is very spacious and has gorgeous views overlooking the Hudson River. The architect who designed the building definitely had people in mind as the apartment has lots of closet space. Prior to moving to the Ritz Plaza I visited lots of buildings but was pleasantly surprised at the high quality fixtures in the kitchen and bathroom. I fell in love with the stainless steel appliances and the marble bathroom. The building is very well maintained and the staff is extraordinarily responsive, friendly and attentive.
