Disgusting Renovation From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/7/2006 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005   Just moved out - they raised my rent way too much, and wanted even more for kitchen improvements. They painted over the wood in the lobby nad made it this ugly grey color - it took them forever to finish the renovations. Management staff is very rude whenever I call with a mistake that they made on the rent bill. The Health Club is nice but not worth the price. Loved the building staff and will miss them - this place is not luxury and not worth the high prices - there are newer better deals in the area.
