I have been living here for more than 4 yrs now and the only reason I was very reluctant to move out for the past 1.5 yrs was because it had rent control and the price has been fairly reasonable for the size of apt I live in. I am now ready to move out and I want to warn people about what a careless and unethical management office this building has. My next door neighbor has been smoking pot for more than a year now. All of us on the same floor had done so much to resolve this issue including letters, in person complaints and other mediums but the management had not done anything about it. The air quality is so bad that I developed a breathing problem over time. If your health is important for you, DO NOT MOVE TO THIS BUILDING. In case anything happens that threatens it, be sure that you will get NO HELP from the building mgmt. They will not only provide no help, but will actually lie to you saying they are working on it. Just do yourself a favor and do not move to this apt. building.

I live in this same building and find the above hard to believe...I had a noisy neighbor which the building helped address swiftly. The staff here is great...not sure this person left this review for the right building? Most people who live here really love it...

the person who wrote this review is a moron. So much pot smoking next door that the reviewer's health is threatened? This is absurd.

totally agree. have a pot smoker on my floor too, and because the doors are poorly insulated the smell comes right in, the hallway reeks all the time and management says "we cant help what they do behind closed doors". someone on this floor contacted the police so we had some change, but to have to go to the police is crazy. also, given the proximity of the buses that idle all day and night, with the pot etc., it is possible to start having breathing issues (im a nurse).
