I have lived at River Place for over 5 years and it has been a great experiance! I am writing this becasue I am absolutely shocked to read the negative reviews. River Place is a great place to live. Any time we have had a maintenance request, the issue has been fixed with in hours. It is also very easy to get cabs from this location. We have had no issues with the building and have enjoyed our time at River Place.
