I'd rather live in a Shelter - I'll be honest. The building is very young and immature. Just before I left, some young guy, maybe 21 and in school was asleep on the table in the mail room. He had thought the mailroom ...Full review of 10 Hanover Square

Q: Soundproof?
A: When I was there, the person above me had one of those toy bulldogs that began to bark the moment he/she was left alone.
I mean all day every day. Mgt did nothing but say they were looking into it. The dog's owner didn't give a damn. I called the police...nothing.
Don't go there if barking dogs rattle you. The dog lovers don't seem to mind...but then they pick up dog ---- everyday.

Q: Are the apartments furnished?
A: No, they're not furnished. You should check Craig's List (www.craigslist.com) to see if you can find a furnished apartment. Good luck.

Q: I would like to ask you if you have a reservation for 5 nights between 5th to 10th of august 2008
A: Lucas Bailey scammed at least 50 and probably over 100 people out of $500 (or more) deposits on New York vacation rentals listed on craigslist. If you are one of them please contact Clara Henderson in the New York District Attorney's office who is handling the case: hendersonc@dany.nyc.gov
also file a complaint with the IC3: http://www.ic3.gov / and the FTC: www.ftc.gov

Q: Is Riverbank West being sold??
A: If it is true, and they will offer tenants first dibs they would require you and all tenants interested to have the same qualifications and down payment etc. I don't think they would afford tenants any "special" prices. However, considering all the condos around the area and the new competition with rentals I can easily see this as getting done.

I would assume the studio/1bdrms would start competitively around $500-650k. hmm....where did you read this?
