Overall good quality From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/11/2004 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2004   Laundry facilities are overcrowded at times, and dryers may need 2 or 3 runs to actually dry clothes fully ($2.25 per run). Building and staff are nice. Neighbors tend to be more financially upscale (i.e., professionals and $100k yuppies).
