	Unless you like throwing your money away to dirty rotten management companies who hang up on you, I would never ever rent here again. Dont be mistaken, the sizes of the apartments, the views, and the balconies here are impressive. ... more

	Laundry facilities are overcrowded at times, and dryers may need 2 or 3 runs to actually dry clothes fully ($2.25 per run). Building and staff are nice. Neighbors tend to be more financially upscale (i.e., professionals and $100k yuppies).
