They are now converting the apartments to condos..Asking WAY above market price for them...expect you to live with construction and banging for the next year, AT YOUR EXPENSE, while they keep your 10% deposit for a year! THEY WANT $1200 PER SQUARE FOOT..IN A DECLINING REAL ESTATE MARKET!!!

THEY ARE IN FOR A BIGGGG SUPRISE..SPA OR NO SPA..
