NICE APARTMENT - HELL MANAGEMENT STAFF

I lived in RBW for 2 years, and really liked the apartment, the concierge staff, and the conveniences the building provides. However, the management office is run by a ----- on wheels. She is unreasonable, mean, rude, and dishonest. Don't even think for a second that she will be accomodating in anyway. The receptionist at the management is a waste of flesh. Other than those two, the managment staff is friendly and helpful.
