Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
 
Its a doorman building with Crunch Gym, (mostly ---), at more affordable price. Not much in terms of full bars/outstanding restaurants in that specific area. Subway is 4 blocks away in port authority. They are just starting to clean up surrounding area with more newer residential buildings so climate may change.
As other postings attest, mgmt, AKA Marni, is inconsiderate, rude, and not accomodating.
