HAVING BEEN A REAL ESTATE AGENT IN MANHATTAN BEFORE MOVING INTO THIS BUILDING I ALWAYS PUSHED IT TO CLIENTS--A FEW YEARS AFTER SWITHCHING JOBS I WAS VERY HAPPY TO BE MOVING IN MYSELF. UNFORTUNATELY, I DID NOT REALIZE WHAT THE MANAGEMENT WAS LIKE ONCE THEY "GOT CHA". MY FLOORS BUCKLED AND THE REPAIRS TOOK FOREVER AND WAS VERY UNSATISFACTORY. I FINALLY GOT OUT OF THE SLUM DISGUISED AS A LUXURY BUILDING AND THEY WERE STILL TRYING TO GET MONEY OUT OF ME. THE DOOR STAFF IS EXCELLENT ---JUST WATCH OUT FOR THE MANAGEMENT---ESP. MARNI!!
