I would like to mention that the building is very good and well managed. Some of the rules were a bit strict but I think they were for the safety and benefit of both tenants and management. However, I really enjoyed my one year stay there and I think that I had most beautiful view of the Hudson River from my apartment.

I would also like to mention that the staff has been excellent. They were polite and very cooperative. The office staff is also excellent.

My stay was a very pleasant one.
