If you read the "Good" reviews doesn't it make you wonder why PLEASANT didn't stay for more than 1 year'
HAPPY RESIDENT stated that Management did need work, which is an understatement, they should all be fired.
HAPPY RESIDENT didn't lie about the elevators, never have I seen all 4 elevators work at the same time! This causes the other elevators to get crowded and if you live on a lower floor, your out-of-luck!
As for the buses, when I lived there it did seem great that they provide shuttle buses...What they don't say is to schedule enough time to get to work. When I took them, I was always stuck in traffic (the bus turns up 44th street). I was better off walking, it was much quicker!
Makes you wonder, why don't the reviewers reveal themselves'
I've heard many horror stories while living there, they are all true, that's why I left.
As for GREAT BUILDING I was a little surprised that the reviewer didn't go into more detail. Hmmm...is management trying to increase the rating of the building'
