I found this building pleasant, and safe. The staff are very nice and enjoyable. The area is undergoing a lot of change, and the building too. I enjoyed my time there, and would do it again. The culture seemed to be mixed between film & tv industry people, mixed business people, a few bankers and writers. It was nice but no one ever really talked, and the building is not designed to foster community. The pool and gym is done by an outside company (crunch), which means they know what they are doing, but membership is another thing to worry about. I also found them cruel.

Robin and Dustin in the lobby and front door were quite nice to me (even on my grouchiest days!).

Its rental only. There is no ownership possibility in this building, which goes nowhere for me.

I have nice memories of it.
