Certain circumstances put in me 4 different apartment buildings in Manhattan throughout 2005. Riverbank West ranks far, far above any of the previous I have lived in. From the appointment to view the apartment to the day of move-in, each member of the staff and office has been accomodating and welcoming. The building is full of amenities and the apartments are clean upon move in, spacious, and have 5-star views of the Hudson River and midtown. I will be living in the building for years to come.

this sounds like marketing speak to counter act all the bad reviews, and no real person uses the words "amenities" or "spacious"
