I have been a resident of the building for 5 years and while the desk team is great, the management (Marni) sucks! Forget about repairs and if you are ever late with the rent by a few days, they send it to their lawyers!

The view and location are good for me, otherwise, I would have left this place long ago. I don't plan on renewing.

Parking, forget having a nice car, it will be dinged and scratched no matter what you do or say!
