New Mgt sucks From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/15/2007 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2007   I agree with previous review that Marnie was bad, but this new guy does not know what he is doing. Can't figure out rent bills for anything. Our floor came apart within 3 months of move in. They only replaced the tiles that were warped and now the floor is two different colors in spots. The entire floor was supposed to be replaced before move in and was not touched (other than swept). Also they get you in at a decent rate and then it went up 14%. Took our basement storage away from entire building - now you have to pay for storage or add clutter to your already small space. The door staff is very nice and that's about all I can say that is nice. The walls are paper thin, so you hear your dogs barking and music blasting all the time.
