Management is way too aggressive this year as this place use to be a bargain but is now the most overpriced of the bunch. Its funny because across the street's Silverstein building (River Place) use to be really expensive but is now cheaper! There are so many other options for far better prices (Elena, Victory, etc-they are ALL cheaper). Not one of these options leaves a MASSIVE garbage dump of bags outside the entrance to the building (just wait till it warms up as the smell is unbearable). Im not even going to touch the subject of the Lincoln Tunnel noise but just know that Riverbank W is next to Rescue One FD and you WILL hear it at ALL the time at all hours of the night. I also find it funny how they decided to raise rents but cant seem to substantiate half of it no to mention what they took away(loss of storage room, jacked up fees for lockouts, REQUIRED rental insurance, the list just goes on). My boyfriend is in one of the larger real estate rental firms and he even says that he and his colleagues at different firms stopped showing it as an option because you no longer get what your paying for let alone a good deal when compared to other options. Take my advice and save your time and money for better pastures.
