Keeps Getting Worse

It is hard to believe that a building could be as poorly managed as Riverbank West.
The management of Riverbank West has complete disregard for the tenants. Rent increases in excess of 10% per year, coupled with poor maintenance and failure to simply clean common areas make this a poor choice for a place to live. Just ask all of the long term tenants who have moved out.
Given that Roseland Property Management has done nothing to change the situation it leads one to believe that in addition to avoiding Riverbank West you should avoid any property run by Roseland Property Management.
Not to be forgotten is the fact that the building is for sale so there is no telling what will be in store for future tenants. However, it is hard to imagine how any management could be worse than what is currently in place.

I totally agree with everything said above. 10% increase? You were one of the lucky ones. Try 16% each year for the past 2 years. Try 46% in less than 5 years. As soon as this lease is up I'm out of this place for good and will most likely find something much better. Worst Mgt ever. What justifies a 46% increase in 5 years? I don't see one improvent that justifies this. Look the other way - you won't regret it as I do now.
